An unforgettable Güveç, Another Unforgettable Wednesday Night Dinner!


It was a beautiful Wednesday Night Dinner yet again at the Australia Light Foundation with the dinner being prepared by our very own Chef Adil Gunceler. The chef made a beautiful Güveç which comprised of succulent meat pieces, potatoes, carrots and onions, all mixed together with tasty sauce and spices alongside complimenting selected dips and bread. The dinner was thoroughly enjoyed by all attendees and the conversations and vibes experienced at the dinner were just as beautiful as the dinner itself.


With over 30+ attendees, the ALF dinner was a remarkable success yet again, with attendees even staying back for a classic Turkish Tea and some sunset sun with their friends.
