This Wednesday evening at ALF was nothing short of beautiful as we conducted another one of ALF's beautiful Wednesday Night Dinners. Our taste buds were treated to an authentic Albanian-style liver dish, crafted with care by the talented head chefs of the ALF community, Behiye Koyu and Ayten Yargi. The flavors of Albania were healthy and exquisite, accompanied by comforting soup, fragrant rice, and a refreshing salad. It was an evening filled with culinary delight and cherished moments among ALF brothers.
